Strawberry Tonka Jam

Made with the sweet Mara Des Bois Strawberries grown by Rick Bishop of Mountain Sweet Berry Farm in Roscoe NY. These strawberries are exploding with sweet acidity balanced by the buttery nuttiness of the tonka bean.  RICH.  Great to eat out of the jar with a spoon.
