Apricot jam is a classic, and why mess with it?  One taste of these overripe Frog Hollow Apricots from California with a touch of Navel Oranges from Florida and you will call this a match made in heaven!    The bite of orange peel with the sweet acidity of fresh apricot creates a perfect balance in this jam.  The apricot comes through with the texture of marmalade.  Delicious on Toast.

 

INGREDIENTS: Apricot Puree, Sugar, Water, Orange Rind, Pectin, Salt, Citric Acid
