Shipping + Returns

All ice cream sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds for product that arrives melted.  We recommend you purchase Route insurance on all shipping orders to protect from carrier delays, or lost or stolen packages.  If there is an issue with your order, please take photos and contact Route to activate your insurance.

 

Pick-up orders of ice cream cakes, pints, pies and other food items will be available at the time you specify when placing your order.  If you are unable to make your scheduled time, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll try to accommodate as best as we can.  Unclaimed pick-up orders of food items will be disposed of if they are not picked up on schedule and are not eligible for a refund after they've been prepared.
