Cowboy Cookie Dough Ice Cream Pint

Cowboy cookies may have made Laura Bush invisibly famous on the interweb.  Google it, you’ll see.  Anyhow, this is not really her cookie, but apparently they really love hers in Texas, where this cookie hails from.  I wasn’t sure if the nutty, buttery balance of this cookie would come through frozen in small pieces in the ice cream.  I was totally wrong.  Our cowboy cookie dough has all the requisite ingredients of Laura Bush’s version: Brown Sugar, Oats, Coconut, Pecans, and of course Chocolate Chips.  

INGREDIENTS:
Cream, Milk, Sugar, Cowboy Cookie Dough (Butter, Toasted Flour, Sugar, Toasted Oat, Toasted Coconut, Milk Chocolate Chunks, Toasted Pecans, Canola Oil, Milk, Vanilla, Cinnamon), Glucose, Milk Powder, Salt
