Buttered Bourbon Vanilla Ice Cream Pint

Classic buttered rum sauce is a rich, creamy, and buttery caramel that is balanced with a bite of rum.  We tried it that way and it just wasn’t right, so we made the same sauce but added our favorite Old Grandad Bourbon instead.  Flavors of caramel, melted butter and smooth bourbon compliment the fresh vanilla beans running throughout this ice cream.
